Underbust (Band): Wrap tape snugly around your ribcage directly under your bust. Round to the nearest even number.

Bust (Cup): Lean forward at 45° and measure around the fullest part of your chest. Subtract your band number — each inch = one cup size (1"=B, 2"=C, 3"=D, 4"=E, 5"=F).
